After Abhishek and Aishwarya’s marriage the rumors were doing the rounds that Rani Mukherjee and Abhishek would no longer be friends as Aishwarya Rai Bachchan was not keen on their friendship. Rani was even not invited for the much hyped Ahiash wedding. But during the shooting of Laga Chunari Mein Daag, Rani and Abhishek were seen exchanging friendly notes. Rani was upset for not being called at the wedding but Abhishek’s friendly behavior brought everything back to normal again. But it looks like Aishwarya dropped in at the outdoor set to accompany her husband Abhishek.

A reliable source informs that the secret lovers are finally ready for getting married early this year. The date is Feb 10, 2008 and the venue will be Jodhpur’s most expensive and prestigious luxury hotel the Umaid Bhawan. A local distributor of Rajasthan who doesn’t wish to be named confirms the news. “Yes, Umeed Bhawan has been booked for their Shaadi, and we are sure lots of people from Bollywood will be coming here for the wedding,” he says. ‘It’s one of the most expensive place in India, but Aditya and Rani thinks it’s the perfect place to get away from the prying eyes of Mumbai’s media. They have booked the entire palace way in advance and everything is done in a hushed manner. Only a few close friends know about it. Rani’s family knows about it, but we are not sure about Aditya’s family,” says a common friend. Rani has a lot of hindi movies in production right now.
