Vishal Bhardwaj is passionate about Shakespeare’s work and this can be seen in is films like Maqbool which is based on Macbeth and Omkara which is based on Othello even the Hindi songs in these movies look very inspired by him. Vishal is planning his next film which is again based on Shakespeare’s Romeo Juliet. He wanted to do this film even before he made his two films. But due to some reason he started his first film Maqbool and after that he did Omkara and then he launched Julia, which is based on life of actress Mary Evans better knows as Nadia the gymnastic queen. Vishal has now started his venture Romeo and Juliet which is going to set in modern times. He had signed Shahid Kapur to play Romeo and search for Juliet is still on.
Hrithik Roshan is not into weights any more and he normally just dances to a movie song or a film song for his routine. He is now more into Pilates and stretches these days. He works out for about two and a half hours which also includes strengthening of his knees guided by his physiotherapist. His fitness regimen is combined of Pilate’s elliptical, functional movements with weights and running on the sand. His breakfast comprises of egg white with toast and tomato puree sometimes it is palak, amla, celery and other ingredents.Lunch consists of chicken, eggs or fish. No fried and processed food please. Dinner is usually by 10 pm and is a combination of proteins and carbohydrates, all food cooked in olive oil. As according to Hrithik one should make fitness a part of ones lifestyle. Crash diets don’t work.
